Terms & Conditions

At Marine Reserved Apartments, we want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve outlined a few guidelines and policies. These are designed to keep things running smoothly and to maintain the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere our guests love. Whether it’s details about payments, cancellations, or care for the apartments, we’ve made it easy to find all the key information you need here.   • Payment

    If your arrival date is less than 1 month away the full tariff is required to secure the booking.


    If your booking is more than a month away a 20% deposit is required to secure you dates.


    The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.

    Payment can be made by direct deposit or by credit card. Details will be supplied in your booking email.


    No booking is confirmed until payment (either deposit or balance) has been received.


    By making payment you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

  • Cancellation

    Cancellation of your booking must be made by email.


    Where the deposit has been paid a full refund will be given less a $50 administration fee.


    Where the full rate has been paid if rebooked for the full amount a refund will be given less a $50 administration fee if the unit is rebooked for the full amount.


    The days booked are not subject to change unless agreed upon with the manager. The owners/managers will make every effort to ensure the unit is available as booked. However, due to unforseen circumstances the owner/managers will endeavor to find alternative accommodation or refund in full. 

  • Guest numbers

    The number of guests at the apartment should not exceed the number stated on your booking and agreed upon with management. Fees will apply for extra guests not agreed upon. Alternatively, we have the right to vacate the premises. 

  • Parties & functions

    Parties and funtions are strictly prohibited. Our apartments are rented out for relaxing beach holidays only.

  • Noise

    Disturbances including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in a warning or eviction if the noise persists. 

  • Linen & towels

    We provide all bedding and towels, hand towels, bathmats, face cloths & tea towels. Beach towels are not provided.

  • BBQ

    The BBQ has been provided in a clean condition for your arrival, please ensure it is left in a similar state upon departure. 

  • Loss of property

    No responsibility is taken by management for lost, stolen property. We will assist in returning any property left. 

  • Pets

    Pets are not permitted in our apartments.

  • Smoking

    Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments.

  • Failure to comply

    Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in your agreement being terminated and/or extra charges being applied.


    Utmost care has been taken to ensure safety at all times, however the property and the management will not accept responsibility for any accident or incident involving any guest or visitor. This includes inside the units, on any part of the property and while using any equipment provided.
